Positionsübersicht
Als Projekt- und Kundenmanager sind Sie die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und internen Teams.
Sie verantworten die gesamte Kundenkommunikation, die Koordination aller Leistungen sowie die termingerechte und qualitativ hochwertige Umsetzung laufender Projekte.
Sämtliche Projekte, Aufgaben und Abläufe werden ausschliesslich über das Manaxo CRM/ERP-System gesteuert.
Die Position ist operativ, koordinierend und stark kundenorientiert, jedoch keine Entwickler- oder Designrolle.
Da ein wesentlicher Teil unserer Kundschaft in der Schweiz ansässig ist, sind sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse zwingend erforderlich. Kenntnisse in Schweizerdeutsch (Schwiizerdütsch) werden klar bevorzugt.
Hauptaufgaben
Kundenkommunikation & Beziehungsmanagement

Zentrale Ansprechperson für zugewiesene Kunden

Verwaltung sämtlicher Projekte, Aufgaben und Workflows im Manaxo CRM/ERP
