Manaxo is building an AI powered operating system for small and mid sized businesses. Our platform brings together ERP, CRM, HRM, finance, and workflow automation into one system, designed to replace fragmented tools with a single, scalable solution.

The Role

We are looking for a mid to senior level Project and Product Manager to own the delivery and evolution of key parts of the Manaxo platform.

You will work closely with the clients, founders, engineering, and design teams to turn business needs into clear product direction and reliable execution. You will be involved from problem definition to launch and iteration.

You will own parts of the product end to end. If something ships late, breaks, or succeeds, you are part of all of it.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

• Own one or more core modules such as ERP, CRM, HRM, finance, or workflows
• Translate business needs and user feedback into clear product requirements
• Write and maintain product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Prioritize the roadmap based on impact, feasibility, and company goals

Project Management

• Plan and deliver projects across engineering and design
• Break down complex initiatives into clear tasks, milestones, and timelines
• Run sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Identify risks early and keep delivery on track

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Act as the main point of contact between clients, founders, engineers, designers, and stakeholders
• Align technical execution with business priorities
• Communicate progress clearly and consistently

Quality and Execution

• Ensure features are delivered with high quality and attention to detail
• Validate functionality before release and coordinate fixes when needed
• Continuously improve delivery processes and internal workflows

What We Are Looking For

• 4 to 7 plus years of experience in product management, project management, or a hybrid role
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into actionable plans
• Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast moving environment
• Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) with the ability to communicate clearly with international clients and distributed teams
• Clear and direct communication skills
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS or B2B platforms
• Experience with AI driven or data heavy products
• Startup or scale up experience

Manaxo is hiring a Mid/Senior Python Developer with strong backend experience and applied knowledge in AI. The candidate will join our Prishtina team to build intelligent, scalable systems that power ERP, CRM, and HRM solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop backend services using Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask)
• Build and deploy AI Agents and integrate Pinecone for semantic search
• Design and optimize SQL databases and APIs for performance and scalability
• Implement automation workflows using MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design new intelligent modules
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and QA processes

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Python
• Strong skills in Django, FastAPI, or Flask
• Experience with AI/ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn)
• Proficiency in SQL and RESTful API design
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD
• Advantage: knowledge in NLP or Computer Vision
